Policies and Warranties
Our Commitment to Quality At Rogue Appliance Repair, we stand by the quality of our work and the parts we use. That’s why we offer a 6-month warranty on most repairs we perform. The specific terms of the warranty, including any exceptions, will be clearly detailed on your invoice.
Warranty Details
Standard 6-Month Warranty: For most jobs, we provide a 6-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If the same issue occurs within 6 months due to our work or a faulty part, we will address it at no additional cost to you. This includes parts and labor.
Shorter Warranty for Specific Parts: Certain jobs, especially those involving Samsung, LG, and some other specific parts, may come with a shorter warranty due to manufacturer restrictions. The exact warranty duration for these parts will be clearly indicated on your invoice.
Coverage in Case of Issues
Diagnostic Errors: If an issue arises due to an error in our initial diagnosis, we will correct the problem, covering the cost of the necessary new parts. Should the repair cost exceed the original service value, we will issue a refund for the service, minus the diagnostic fee.
Part Failures: In the event of a part failure within the warranty period, we will replace the defective part at no cost to you. If replacing the part is not feasible or exceeds the value of the original service, we will refund the service cost, minus the diagnostic fee.
Additional Policies
Workmanship-Related Issues: If our work causes a new problem or additional damage to your appliance, we will fix it at no extra charge. However, please note that a refund will not be issued in these cases, as our priority is to ensure the issue is resolved correctly.
Unrelated Issues: For any unrelated issues that were not caused by our work but arise within the warranty period, we offer labor-free repairs. You will only be responsible for the cost of any new parts required.
Exclusions and Limitations
No Warranty on Specific Parts: Some parts, especially those specified as used or related to specific brands like Samsung and LG, may not be covered under warranty. This will be communicated clearly before any repair is carried out, and the warranty details will be specified on your invoice.

Customer Responsibility: The warranty covers only the specific repairs and parts indicated on your invoice. Any other appliance failures or issues not related to our work are not covered under this warranty.
Conditions for Refunds: Refunds are only issued when the repair cost exceeds the value of the service and are subject to the deduction of the initial diagnostic fee. No refunds will be provided for issues unrelated to the original repair.
